Return & Refund Policy

At Daamir, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and unworn.

• Original tags are attached.

• The item is returned in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Worn or washed items.

• Damaged items caused by misuse.

• Sale or clearance items unless received defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
